Dennis Spikes Video with compass question???

Just viewed DS's kayak video. I Should have purchased BEFORE buying equipment! DUH!!. Absolutely everything you need to know from soup to nuts...Brilliant Dennis! Anyway, I noticed that DS was using a ritchie compass. Can I get help on which compass to buy, flush mount or ? Maybe even a model number? If not ritchie, what is y'alls favorite?
